Ace Appliance Service provides appliance repair services for homeowners and property management companies. Our services include, but are not limited to, refrigerator, dryer, dishwasher, and other major appliance repairs. All services are subject to availability and may require appointment scheduling.
We serve the following areas in Snohomish County and King County: Seattle, Bellevue, Edmonds, Kirkland, and surrounding regions. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before scheduling a service.
While we strive to offer same or next-day service, this is subject to technician availability and the complexity of the repair. We do not guarantee that same or next-day appointments will always be available.
Our prices are based on the type of repair required and may vary depending on the appliance model and parts needed. All quotes provided are subject to change based on the discovery of additional issues during the service visit. Customers will be informed of any price changes before repairs are conducted.
A diagnostic fee is charged for the assessment of the appliance. However, if the customer agrees to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived and applied to the final cost of the repair.
Discounts such as 10% off for military personnel and senior citizens or $25 off for first-time customers are available. Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied to the diagnostic fee.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. If payment is not received in full at the time of service, Ace Appliance Service reserves the right to withhold further services.
All repair services performed by Ace Appliance Service are covered by a limited warranty for a specified period. The warranty applies to labor and parts used during the repair. Any issues arising from user negligence, misuse, or failure to follow proper maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.
Ace Appliance Service is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or services. While we aim to deliver prompt and efficient services, we are not liable for any delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including supply shortages or external influences.
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. In the event of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to reschedule the service at the earliest availability.
