Appointments
Same-day or next-day service is not guaranteed and depends on availability and job complexity.
2. Pricing and Payments
Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the appliance and repair required. Final cost may change if additional issues are found. Customers will be notified before proceeding.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee applies. If the repair is approved, the fee may be applied toward the total repair cost.
Discounts
Discounts may be offered but cannot be combined or applied to diagnostic fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
3. Warranties
Repairs are covered by a limited warranty on labor and installed parts. Warranty does not apply to misuse, neglect, or unrelated failures.
4. Liability
Ace Appliance Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or other factors outside our control.
5. Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
