Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover service booked with Ace Appliance Service LLC ("Ace Appliance Service," "we," "us"), an owner-operated appliance repair company licensed and insured in Washington State (WA Contractor #ACEAPAS774K6). By booking a repair or using aceappser.com, you agree to these terms.
Scheduling an appointment
When you request service by phone or through our website, we'll confirm a day and, where possible, a time window. We'll do our best to arrive on time; if we're running behind, we'll call you.
Diagnostic fee
Every service visit includes an on-site diagnosis. If you approve the repair, the service call fee applies toward the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee covers the technician's time and travel and is not refunded.
Pricing and payment
We give you a clear price before any repair work begins. We don't start work you haven't approved. Payment is due at the time service is completed unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Parts and warranty
We use quality replacement parts appropriate to your appliance and brand. Repairs are backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty, except for Sub-Zero, Wolf, BlueStar, Liebherr, and Lacanche repairs, which carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty. If the same issue we repaired comes back within that window, call us and we'll make it right. This warranty covers the specific repair performed; it doesn't cover unrelated failures or new issues that come up afterward, and it is separate from any warranty the manufacturer provides on the appliance itself.
Access and site conditions
Please make sure our technician has reasonable access to the appliance, including clearing the surrounding area where possible. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or installation issues unrelated to the repair we're performing.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we appreciate as much notice as you can give us so we can offer that time to another customer.
Limitation of liability
We carry liability insurance and take care on every job. To the extent allowed by Washington law, our liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We're not liable for pre-existing conditions, or for appliances that are beyond reasonable repair due to age or prior damage, we'll tell you if that's the case before doing any chargeable work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
