Do you charge a diagnostic fee for refrigerator repair?
Yes, there's a diagnostic fee for the visit. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the service call fee applies toward the repair.

Yes. We service Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Liebherr, Monogram, and other built-in refrigeration brands, alongside everyday brands like Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool.
Do you offer same-day refrigerator repair?
Often, yes. A warm fridge is usually urgent, so a lot of refrigerator calls get scheduled same-day or next-day, depending on how the day is booked when you call.
Are you licensed and insured to repair refrigerators?

What if my refrigerator can't be fixed?
We'll tell you straight if a repair isn't worth it, usually when the parts cost more than the refrigerator is worth. You won't get charged for a repair we don't recommend.
Do you offer any discounts on refrigerator repair?
10% off labor for military and veterans, 10% off labor for seniors 60 and up, and $25 off labor for first-time customers. Diagnostic fee isn't included in any of these.
