Do you charge a diagnostic fee for washer repair?
Yes, there's a diagnostic fee for the visit. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the service call fee applies toward the repair.
What washer brands do you repair?

Do you offer same-day washer repair?
Often, yes. A washer that won't drain or spin is usually urgent, so a lot of calls get scheduled same-day or next-day, depending on how the day is booked.

Do you offer any discounts on washer repair?
10% off labor for military and veterans, 10% off labor for seniors 60 and up, and $25 off labor for first-time customers. Diagnostic fee isn't included in any of these.
