How much does appliance repair cost in Washington?
It depends on the appliance and what's actually wrong with it. We diagnose it on-site first, then give you a clear price before we start any repair. No guessing over the phone.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes, there's a diagnostic fee for the visit. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the service call fee applies toward the repair.
Is the diagnostic fee refundable if I don't repair?
The diagnostic fee covers the technician's time and travel, so it isn't refunded if you choose not to move forward with the repair. The service call fee applies toward the repair when you approve it.
Do you repair Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other high-end brands?
Yes. We service Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Cove, Dacor, Liebherr, BlueStar, and other built-in brands, alongside everyday brands like Samsung, LG, and Whirlpool.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, yes. A lot of calls get scheduled same-day or next-day, depending on how the day is booked when you call.

No. Ace Appliance Service is owner-operated. The person who shows up at your door is the person who's accountable for the repair.

Do you offer any discounts?
10% off labor for military and veterans, 10% off labor for seniors 60 and up, and $25 off labor for first-time customers. Diagnostic fee isn't included in any of these.
What if my appliance can't be fixed?
We'll tell you straight if a repair isn't worth it, usually when the parts cost more than the appliance is worth. You won't get charged for a repair we don't recommend.
Are you an authorized dealer for any brand?
Yes. We're a factory-authorized dealer for Liebherr, BlueStar, Lacanche, Bertazzoni, American Range, Speed Queen, and ZLINE. For other brands, including high-end built-ins like Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking, we're not factory-authorized but use genuine manufacturer parts, backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty on high-end appliances.
