Are you a KitchenAid authorized service provider?
No. Ace Appliance Service is an independent repair company, not a KitchenAid factory-authorized servicer. If your KitchenAid is still under its factory warranty, contact KitchenAid first. Outside that warranty, we diagnose and repair it ourselves, and our work carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Why is my KitchenAid refrigerator not cooling?
There are a few common causes. On a KitchenAid KRSF505 in Everett, frost had built up on the evaporator coil because the defrost controller failed; we replaced the controller and the damaged evaporator cover.
